CANCELLATION POLICY

No shows, cancellations or same day reschedules will be charged a 50% fee within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment If you are running more than 15 minutes behind please contact your stylist directly and services might need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. All appointments require cards on file book to hold the appointment and will not be charged until your service is finished. Extension deposits are non-refundable Upon arrival - doors are unlocked from 10 am - 5 pm, if they are locked, enter your stylists name on the keypad and they will buzz you in.
